We prioritise quality and take every measure to meet your expectations. Except for urgent tasks, if the outcome does not meet the promised quality standards, you may request UNLIMITED REVISIONS, and we will do our best to address any concerns.
If you wish to cancel an order after placing it, please contact our support team promptly. If no expert has been assigned, a 90% refund may be issued. The remaining 10% covers operational costs. Refunds are not applicable if:

For slight delays (up to 24 hours) in urgent tasks, refunds do not apply. However, a dispute manager may offer up to a 7% refund. No refunds are provided if delays arise due to missing files, clarifications, or queries on your side. Please provide all necessary materials and instructions promptly to avoid delays.
Once your order is approved, refunds are no longer applicable. If revision requests deviate from the original instructions, additional fees may apply, and refunds or cancellations will not be granted. Revisions or approval must be requested within 14 days of delivery. After this period, orders will be automatically approved with no refund options. For large orders (30+ pages), revision requests are accepted beyond 14 days.
